A comp card is a fact sheet
Height, bust, waist, shoe, hair, eyes. Six lines, zero adjectives.
A comp card is not a mood board. It is a spec sheet with a portrait attached, and the casting director reading it has ninety seconds. Adjectives slow them down; numbers do not.
Our cards are set in tabulated mono for that reason. The measurements sit on hairlines like a lens chart because they do the same job: they tell a professional, at a glance, whether the tool fits the work. The photograph argues; the numbers confirm.
Keep them current. A card that is two centimetres out of date costs a fitting, a courier, and an afternoon. The board updates the hour an agency files a change — which is why the stats page is the least beautiful and most trusted thing we print.
